1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you", "Player", "User") and Beginara Technologies ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the developer and publisher of the mobile game Chandrakaal ("the Game").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Chandrakaal on any device, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

2. About the Game

Chandrakaal is a horror-themed mobile game set in the supernatural world of Chandrakaal, developed and owned entirely by Beginara Technologies. The game is available on the Android platform via Google Play.

Chandrakaal is a product of Beginara Technologies and is part of the company's portfolio of digital products alongside its other offerings at beginara.com.

3. Licence to Play

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Beginara Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play Chandrakaal solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment on Android devices you own or control.

This licence does not include any right to:

• Sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it
• Distribute, sublicence, or share the Game with third parties for any purpose
• Copy or reproduce the Game except as permitted by these Terms
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code or assets of the Game
• Upload, stream, or broadcast gameplay for monetised commercial purposes without prior written consent from Beginara Technologies

4. Age Restriction

By playing Chandrakaal, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and consents to your play of the Game and takes responsibility for your use.

5. Intellectual Property

Chandrakaal and all its content is the exclusive intellectual property of Beginara Technologies. This includes but is not limited to:

• The name "Chandrakaal" and all associated game branding
• All game artwork, character designs, visual effects, and user interface design
• The complete story, all soul dialogues, narrative text, and cinematic scripts
• All game mechanics, systems, level designs, and puzzle structures
• All audio content including procedurally generated music, sound effects, and voice narration
• The game's source code, architecture, and technical implementation

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of Chandrakaal's content without the prior written permission of Beginara Technologies.

6. User Conduct

When using Chandrakaal you agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage
• Use unauthorised third-party software, cheats, or tools with the Game
• Reverse engineer or extract art, audio, code, or story assets from the Game
• Upload modified versions of the Game to any platform or app store
• Claim authorship or ownership of any part of Chandrakaal or its content
• Use Chandrakaal's name, artwork, or characters for commercial purposes without written permission from Beginara Technologies

7. Content Warning

Chandrakaal is a horror game. By choosing to play it, you acknowledge and accept that the game contains:

• Dark and frightening visual imagery, including supernatural creatures and environments
• Atmospheric horror audio including creature sounds, whispers, and unsettling music
• Narrative themes of captivity, loss, grief, family separation, and loneliness
• Sudden audio scares and tense gameplay sequences
• A story involving the supernatural world of Chandrakaal

Beginara Technologies is not responsible for any psychological distress arising from voluntary engagement with this content. Players who are sensitive to horror content are advised to exercise caution.

8. Game Updates

Beginara Technologies reserves the right to update, modify, add to, or remove features from Chandrakaal at any time without prior notice. Updates may be delivered through the Google Play Store. We are not obligated to provide updates, bug fixes, or continued support for any specific version of the Game.

9. Availability

Chandrakaal is an offline game and does not require an internet connection to play. We do not guarantee that the Game will function without errors on all devices, Android versions, or hardware configurations. Beginara Technologies reserves the right to withdraw the Game from any platform at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Chandrakaal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beginara Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any in-game content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beginara Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use Chandrakaal, including but not limited to:

• Loss of game progress or save data
• Device malfunction or damage
• Any emotional response to horror content

In no event shall the total liability of Beginara Technologies to you exceed the amount you paid for the Game. If the Game was free, that amount is zero.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

Beginara Technologies may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Chandrakaal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
